Job Description:
Audiologist, part-time

Prima CARE, P.C. is recruiting a part-time audiologist to join our established Otolaryngology Division. The position offers flexible hours and competitive compensation based on training and experience.

Prima CARE is large and stable multispecialty medical group in Fall River, Massachusetts.

Availability:
As soon as available and credentialed.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing and balance evaluations for patients of all ages in an outpatient clinic setting.
  • Recommend and fit hearing aids, including adjustments, counsel on hearing aid use, and provide follow-up care.
  • Counsel patients and families on hearing health.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Maintain audiology instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D. or equivalent).
  • New graduates and experienced audiologist are encouraged to apply.
  • Current Massachusetts licensure or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience or willingness to work with hearing aids is required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing excellent patient care and “customer” service, maximizing the quality of the patient experience.
  • Detail-oriented, compassionate, and able to work in a collegial and professional manner with colleagues.
  • Ability or willingness to learn eClinicalWorks as our electronic medical record.
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a “plus”, although not required.
