Dr. Swetha Nataraj is the Co-Founder of Revive MD, where she leads the Aesthetics division, complementing the hormone optimization expertise of her husband and practice partner, Dr. Kishore Lakshman. A highly respected board-certified nephrologist, Dr. Nataraj has been practicing at Fall River Nephrology since 2011. Dr. Nataraj completed her medical school training in India. She later went on to University of Connecticut for her Internal Medicine Residency and Brown University for her Nephrology fellowship. While at U Conn, she won the best Intern of the year award in 2006 and asked to continue as the chief resident of the medicine program. At 27, she joined a Nephrology practice in Fall River and has been in practice ever since earning multiple 5 star reviews on google from her patients.
Her transition into aesthetic medicine was fueled by her passion for combining science, artistry, and precision to help individuals achieve natural, rejuvenated results. She has pursued advanced training in non-surgical facial rejuvenation, injectables, and skin health optimization, ensuring that every treatment she offers is safe, effective, and transformative.
Dr. Nataraj’s journey into aesthetic medicine is rooted in her ability to recognize the profound impact of looking and feeling one’s best. As a mother of three, she intimately understands the biological and physiological changes women experience—especially postpartum and with aging.
