Dr. Sarah Shreter is a Board-certified physician, providing Primary Care services to both adult and pediatric patients. She has been a member of our medical community for several years and serves as Medical Director of the Mount Hope Medical Center in Swansea.
Dr. Shreter has always imagined a medical practice that was personalized for each of her patients and truly responsive to their needs. Her dream recently became a reality with the christening of the "Mount Hope Health and Wellness" practice within her familiar Swansea location. Dr. Shreter is a graduate of Brandeis University and received her Doctorate in Medicine from Boston University. She completed a combined Residency in Internal Medicine & Pediatrics at Rhode Island Hospital and Hasbro Children's Hospital.
Dr. Shreter joined Prima CARE in 2015 and is affiliated with Saint Anne's Hospital.
She and her team see patients at her office on G.A.R. Highway in Swansea and are accepting new patients.
