Dr. Jason J. Diogo is Board-certified Internal Medicine physician with extensive experience providing Primary Care to the greater Fall River community. A native of Somerset, Dr. Diogo is a graduate of Providence College, and earned his Doctorate in Medicine from the University of Massachusetts in Worcester. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at UMass and has practiced in southeastern Massachusetts for nearly 20 years.
Prior to beginning his career in Medicine, Dr. Diogo was an accomplished research scientist and taught high school science and biology. He is dedicated to teaching, and has continued mentoring and supervising other medical professionals in their training.
Dr. Diogo has been recognized for the high quality of his medical care and his close attention to the healthcare needs of his patients. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine and a member of the American Medical Association and the Massachusetts Medical Society.
Dr. Diogo sees patients in his Prima CARE practice at 191 Bedford Street in Fall River, is accepting new adult patients, and accepts nearly all major insurances. He is supported by the extensive resources of Prima CARE, including testing, imaging, and specialty medical care.
