Dr. Garima Dosi is a Board-certified Vascular Surgeon and a member of Prima CARE’s Vascular Center team.
Dr. Dosi earned her Doctorate in Medicine (M.B.B.S.) from Topiwala National Medical College and the BYL Nair Charitable Hospital in Mumbai. She completed her Internship and Residency in General Surgery at The University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) and her Vascular Fellowship at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She has been an Instructor in Surgery at Harvard Medical School and an Associate Surgeon at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, caring for vascular patients at Kent Hospital in Warwick, Rhode Island.
Dr. Dosi has trained Residents, Fellows, and other vascular surgeon colleagues, and has given numerous presentations at local regional conferences. She has contributed to the medical literature. Dr Dosi is a member of the Society for Vascular Surgery and the New England Society for Vascular Surgery. She is Board-certified in General and Vascular Surgery and is a Registered Physican in Vascular Interpretation (RPVI).
Dr. Dosi is experienced in the diagnosis and management of individuals with arterial and venous disease, and is skilled in open and the most advanced endovascular surgical techniques. She is expert in managing patients with circulatory conditions related to atherosclerosis and diabetes. Dr. Dosi sees patients at Prima CARE’s office in Warwick, Rhode Island, and has surgical privileges at hospitals in Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and performs procedures at Prima CARE's Ambulatory Vascular Surgery Center in North Providence. She is passionate about the close care she delivers to her patients, and is accepting new vascular referrals. She accepts most insurances.
