Meet Jeannie-Mae Durfee, FNPBC
Jeannie-Mae Durfee is a Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who is a member of Dr. Bianca Thorpe's Family Medicine team at Prima CARE. Ms. Durfee is an experienced health care provider in the fields of nursing and as a Nurse Practitioner, and has worked in a variety of health care settings in southeastern Massachsuetts.
Ms. Durfee earned her nursing degree (RN) and a Master's Degree in Health Services Administration from Salve Regina University in Newport, and her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Rhode Island. She attended law school at Southern New England School of Law and is enrolled in Salve Regina's program to earn a Doctorate in Nursing.
Ms. Durfee is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the Massachusetts Coalition of Nurse Practitioners, and the American Nurses Association. She is an active participant in Tiverton town govenance as a member the Tiverton Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, and has served as the Unit Commissioner of the Narragansett Council Boy Scouts of America.
Jeannie-Mae Durfee is dedicated to the highest quality of medical care in her primary care practice and in Prima CARE's Walk-in Clinics. She is available to see new and established Prima CARE patients.
