Dr. Perkins is graduate of New York Medical College. Dr. Perkins completed his post graduate training at US Naval Hospital. Dr. Perkins is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Perkins is active at both St. Anne's Hospital and Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. In addition Dr. Perkins is one of the original twenty-three founders of the Prima CARE Professional Corporation.
