Dr. Chander is a graduate of Indira Gandhi Medical College, Nagpur University. Dr. Chander has extensive post graduate training in internal medicine and cardiology from various institutions abroad and in the United States such as: Portiuncula Hospital, Ireland, Griffin Hospital/Yale University, CT, and Albany Medical Center, NY. Dr. Chander is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease. He is active at both St. Anne's Hospital and Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. Dr. Chander has received numerous honors and awards and his written many publications.
