Dr. Rumsey graduated from Georgetown University School of Medicine.  Upon her graduation she completed her post graduate training at Georgetown Hospital and her cardiovascular disease fellowship at Washington Hospital Center.  Dr. Rumsey is active at both St. Anne’s Hospital and Southcoast Hospital Group – Charlton Memorial Campus.
