Dr. Stubbert is a graduate of University of Vermont College of Medicine. Dr. Stubbert followed up his post graduate training at the University of Vermont. Dr. Stubbert of Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Also Dr. Stubbert is active at both St. Anne's Hospital and Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River. Dr. Stubbert is the Medical Director of the Somerset/Swansea Ambulatory Care Center and one of the original twenty-three founders of the Prima CARE Professional Corporation.
